1. PARTICIPANTS.

1.1 Tendrán la consideración de «Cliente» aquellos consumidores personas físicas que sean mayores de edad o consumidores personas jurídicas que acrediten adecuadamente su condición y acepten las presentes Condiciones Generales y las Condiciones Particulares que, en su caso, sean de aplicación. Queda expresamente prohibida la compra de Productos, en el Canal Online de Beach Wheels Europe, por parte de menores de edad, usuarios que no cumplan los requisitos previstos en las presentes Condiciones Generales.

1.2. El «Punto de Venta» será en el domicilio del establecimiento que se identifica en la condición 0.1. Con quien se entenderá celebrada la compraventa de los productos solicitados.

2. ACCESS AND USE OF THE ONLINE CHANNEL.

2.5. The use of the Online Channel and/or the contracting of any of the Products implies acceptance as a Client, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of the General Conditions as well as, where applicable, the Specific Conditions that, in your case are applicable. If you decide not to accept these General Conditions, the Specific Conditions and/or, where applicable, the New Conditions, you must refrain from accessing and/or using the Online Channel. The making available and use of the Online Channel by the Client will be understood, in any case, subject to strict compliance by the Client with the terms included in these General Conditions and, where applicable, in the Specific Conditions that result. of application.

2.6 The legal relationship derived from registration as a Client of the Online Channel has an indefinite duration. Any of the parties may terminate or suspend this contractual relationship unilaterally at any time and without any cause other than their will in this regard, without prejudice to the obligations derived from the formalization of orders prior to the termination of the relationship. The Client may unilaterally exercise the right of termination through the account cancellation process.

3. INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED.

3.1. The Products offered on the Online Channel, along with their essential characteristics and price, will appear on the screen. Apart from the price, and before confirming the order, the total shipping costs to the Customer's home will appear on the screen. The offers will be properly displayed on the screen. 4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS.

4.1. The prices of the Products are always shown in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, and will be those in force at all times. 5. PURCHASE PROCESS.

5.1. Once the Customer has registered, and to proceed with the purchase of Products, they must add the product they wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart, according to the instructions on the screen, completing the order form for these purposes.

5.2. 7. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.

7.1. De haber indicado en el pedido que los Productos adquiridos serán recogidos en la sede, éstos deberán ser retirados en un plazo máximo de quince (15) días laborables a contar desde la fecha de recepción de la confirmación de la compra efectuada.
Para proceder a recoger los Productos, se deberá seguir los siguientes pasos:
• Si se desea recoger los Productos personalmente, el Cliente deberá acudir a la sede de BWE – REMOLCS CORTES SL e identificarse con el DNI o Pasaporte original en vigor y una fotocopia del mismo (si no dispone de la misma el cliente autoriza a que se realice una fotocopia del mismo en el punto de venta) y mostrar el Justificante de Compra, y recoger el/los Producto/s.
• Si se desea que los Productos sean retirados por un tercero distinto del Cliente («Persona Autorizada a la Retirada») la persona autorizada deberá mostrar el justificante remitido por correo electrónico junto con una autorización para recoger («Autorización para Recoger») firmada y rellenada por el Cliente que contenga los datos completos del Cliente y persona autorizada a la retirada (nombre, apellidos, número del DNI o Pasaporte en vigor y dirección) el lugar, fecha y objeto de la autorización; y una fotocopia del DNI o pasaporte vigente del Cliente. Es imprescindible que la Persona Autorizada se identifique mediante su DNI o pasaporte originales y vigentes y que facilite una fotocopia del mismo (si no dispone de la misma el cliente autoriza a que se realice una fotocopia del documento identificativo en el punto de venta).

7.3. 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation. 9. WARRANTIES.
